Our 10XD™ super fabric is ultra-high-molecular-weight-polyethylene yarn (ten times stronger than steel per weight) blended into a fine nylon ripstop.

LASER-CUT PATTERN AND REDUCED STITCHING.

Precision engineering from the start makes for a stronger wallet constructed that's cleaner and more robust than is possible with leather. Stitching have been eliminated where possible thanks to our heat-welded construction.

Matter vs. Molecule

The customer service at Pioneer is top-tier! It has been great working with Jean on email where she is always very kind and prompt, even through returns. The whole return process was simple and straightforward.
One note to consider in Pioneer wallets: You are buying a synthetic wallet, so it has a more sporty look that could still be "luxury" for more formal settings.
I purchased the Matter Bifold, and as I expected from reading past reviews, the wallet was stiff and needed to be broken in. After two weeks of use in my back pocket, I am very happy with my purchase. The wallet is very slim, almost as slim as the Molecule cardholder, yet I can carry more bills and it has an extra card slot.
I was not aware that the 10XD material is so sleek, as my two front pockets have never held more than a single card each and yet the cards can still easily slide straight out if you hold the wallet upside down and gently shake it. Any pressure whatsoever on the sleeves and the cards obviously stay in. Just one design flaw that I read about in the reviews and Yes: the reviews were right - the cards can fall out, even if you have never overstuffed them with more than a single card.
Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of my Matter Bifold wallet and most of its functionality.

Almost Perfect...

Love everything about it except, 1) that it needs to be slightly larger to allow business cards to be slipped into the secondary pockets. Most wallets are sized to allow this, but not this one. 2) would love to have a bright color option so it's very visible and can't be missed if left on a table...

Coming from a very thick full-sized leather wallet this is such a relief for me to have now since I realized I only use like two cards and I barely use cash. I've had mine for 8 months and it still feels surprisingly slim and light whenever I reach for it in my pocket. The material is well durable and also very cool looking especially when you hold it up to the light the right way; it helps you stand out well against the majority of other wallets out there. The price makes sense for me considering this is something that I will always have on my person everywhere I go, everyday. I would recommend this brand to anybody.
