Our 10XD™ super fabric is ultra-high-molecular-weight-polyethylene yarn (ten times stronger than steel per weight) blended into a fine nylon ripstop.

The dense and tactile finish repels dirt and water, keeping your wallet in like-new condition for years.

LASER-CUT PATTERN AND REDUCED STITCHING.

Precision engineering from the start makes for a stronger wallet constructed that's cleaner and more robust than is possible with leather. Stitching have been eliminated where possible thanks to our heat-welded construction.

I haven’t had the wallet for very long so I can’t really comment on durability except to say it seems to be made with care of high quality materials. It has conformed quickly and has been getting better with use.
I would buy this again if needed.

Love it but cards slide out

I absolutely love the size, the way it feels (3XD) it’s perfect for my minimal card and cash carry. I hate bulky wallets, this ticks all the boxes. However I have AMEX cards and they are metal and heavier than plastic, I carry 2 at all times and to easily access them I put them in the right panel. They slid out easily, I almost lost them so I stuck a biz card in with them to give some grip. So that’s my only issue with the wallet.

Amazingly compact, well built wallet

I went back and forth over this and a similar Bellroy wallet for a few months before pulling the trigger on the Matter. I really wasn't sure how this would feel, how the material would form, etc. I'm blown away but how clean cut and well made this wallet is. I find myself literally taking it out of my pocket randomly just to look at it, haha. If you're even remotely considering it, don't think twice - just do it.
