Shipping & Returns
How long will my wallet take to arrive?
All orders may take 1-2 business days to process and pack for shipment.
US & Europe Customers:
If you have selected free shipping at checkout, your wallet should arrive in approximately 3-10 business days after payment has been processed. Shipments will not go out during the weekend, and if your order is placed after 10 AM CST on a Friday, your order will most likely ship on the following Monday. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
For orders that include free shipping, arrival times may take as long as 4-5 weeks to arrive. For expedited shipping options on international orders, please contact us. It is recommended that you use your mail forwarder if possible to minimize the chance of lost packages.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
US & EU Customers:
There will be no additional taxes or duties on any order shipped to the US or EU. All shipments to the EU have already been covered by Pioneer. Order with a destination in Europe will be shipped from within the UK.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. For specific duties and tax amounts, you may contact your customs office for more detailed information.
Pioneer cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Where is my tracking information?
If you do not received tracking information for your order within 3 business days, your order may not be eligible to be tracked. Pioneer's free shipping does not include tracking to some countries, and therefore may not be trackable once the package has left international borders.
All orders may be returned free of charge within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return your wallet, please email [email protected] with your order number, along with your reason for return. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days, or if the wallet has been excessively used or damaged.
I need to change my order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] Once your order has shipped we will not be able to change order information.
Your wallet purchase is protected by our 10 year quality guarantee. If your wallet begins to deteriorate, rip, or becomes unusable from normal wear, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty may be subject to inspection by our customer service team at Pioneer.
