Shipping Fees

All orders will take 1-3 business days to process and pack for shipment.

United States:
USPS First Class Mail - Free
USPS Priority Mail - Calculated at Checkout
Expedited Rates may be available at checkout.

International Shipping:
International Economy Shipping - $9.99
Expedited rates available at checkout

Arrival times may take as long as 4-5 weeks to arrive for international shipments. For expedited shipping options on international orders, please contact us. It is recommended that you use your mail forwarder if possible to minimize the chance of lost packages.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

International Customers:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. For specific duties and tax amounts, you may contact your customs office for more detailed information.

Pioneer cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Where is my tracking information?

If you do not received tracking information for your order within 3 business days, your order may not be eligible to be tracked. Shipping does not include tracking to some countries, and therefore may not be trackable once the package has left international borders.

Returns and Refund

• Returned products must be in new condition, free of wear or damage.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
• Allow 4 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.
• If you would like an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.
• Items marked as final sale or sample are not eligible for return.
• All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped.
