Shipping Fees
All orders will take 1-3 business days to process and pack for shipment.*
*Orders during the holiday season may be delayed due to higher volume as well as processing time with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping:

Arrival times may take as long as 4-5 weeks to arrive for international shipments. For expedited shipping options on international orders, please contact us. It is recommended that you use your mail forwarder if possible to minimize the chance of lost packages.
Taxes and Duties
International Customers:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. For specific duties and tax amounts, you may contact your customs office for more detailed information.
Pioneer cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. All items are shipped from the USA.
Where is my tracking information?If you do not received tracking information for your order within 3 business days, your order may not be eligible to be tracked. Shipping does not include tracking to some countries, and therefore may not be trackable once the package has left international borders.
Returns and Exchange
- Returned products must be in new condition, free of wear or damage.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
- Returned orders that do not include original packaging will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
- Allow 4 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.
- If you would like an exchange, please make a return and place a new order.
- Items marked as 'final sale' or 'sample' are not eligible for return.
- Discounted or sale items may not be eligible for return. See promotion details at time of purchase.
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Returns may be requested through our Contact Us page with your original order number. Please make sure all returns have their original order number included.
Warranty
We design our products for long term durability. If you feel your Pioneer wallet is not meeting these expectations, please feel free to reach out for product support at support@pioneercarry.com.
Your wallet purchase is supported for up to 10 years by our quality guarantee. All products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Your item may be subject to inspection by our team at Pioneer. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees on all warranties requested 365 days after purchase.

Billing Terms and Conditions
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We accept Paypal as a form of payment.
